Alas, I'm no programmer (I even suck with AppleScript...), but the easy way would be to have a manual install version as well as the install app. That is, unless CORE2 will include some Win-only technology (in which case there's not much that can be done, anyway).

I am sure that once we have made the release there will be someone who can post the mod-dir folder as installed. Unfortunately, I am hesitant to support that due to the size of the files involved. The installed folder is 28 MB while the installer is around 6 MB. This is partially achieved through the use of a windows installer file. The program uses Microsoft's protocols so there doesn't have to ba any of the install dedicated to providing the interface or protocols. I do not have any idea how this will work on a Mac if it even will. MDow
 
A ZIP or RAR archive is quite compatible and will probably help keep the file at a reasonable size.

Personally, I'm used to UT2004 mods, that can reach 300+MB, so 28MB doesn't look that terrible. Your bandwidth provider may have another opinion, though. ;)
