Corrupted Save

As Roxolani I had just ended a long war with Pontus, and was thus going to put my army maintenance slider down again. But when I clicked to open the military interface the game crashed. I tried again several times, but whenever I tried to open this interface it would crash. I tried some earlier saves and they would crash in the same way which seems to suggest some problem that has been present for a while in my game. However, if I start a new game, or go back far enough in my series of saves, the problem is not present.

I would just put up with it and go back to a much earlier save, but the fact that only one small part seems bugged suggests to me that perhaps I could easily fix it by editing a small part of the save file. And thus I should I should post here to ask. It may well be that the bug is not in the save, and perhaps might just be a consequence of trying to open the military interface when I still have troops moving through Pontus on their way home. I don't know, but I hope that it is not too much trouble for me to ask.

No, none of my provinces are, and searching for owner="BAR" or core="BAR" both yields no hits.

On that note though, could it have something to do with the appearance of Parthia? They seem to arrive in my game at around the turn of the century and that is about the time when I start getting the problems. But that might just be random coincidence.

I think that is just coincidence.

Did you also search for "REB" ?

Congrats on finding a code problem . A fix will be in the next patch.

The problem is connected to a military hint about being severely outnumbered navaly by a neighbor when you are on the edge of the map.

If you want to continue your save a (terrible) way to do it is to make sure 1/4 of your armies are leaderless, or either remove ships from a neighbor that has a huge amount (30 times more) of ships (editing savegame?).. or build a bunch of ships so you are no longer outnumbered.
