I think the way corruption is used as an event trigger is broken.
When I trigger the "Corrupt Governor" event from the console the text appears:
"Is more corrupted than 0"
and this has a green asterix next to it, indicating condition met, even for characters with exactly 0.
In the event file the event is meant to trigger with corruption = 0.05
I have tried changing the corruption = X line but it only seems to work as designed when you are triggering on corruption = 100.
