COT coding?

How does one add a Center of Trade? Specifically, I want to add one in Singapore, and another in Bali. I tried just coping one of the COT's from the scenario file I was editing, then changing the number of COT's to match, also editing the copied COT so that it was at the right province. I revved up EU, and no dice! What's the problem?

U might try to check one of the Scenario Editing FAQ's that lie around here. IIRC, there is one(if not many) in the EU Links thread in the GD.

Are you sure? what I know is it not possible to add a COT.

AFAIK, there has to be a certain number of CoT's in the world, if not they will pop up randomly(as in the IGC). I dunno if u can have more than x CoT's, try removing one and see...
