CoT Location in province.csv

I was wondering what determines the location of the CoT, because in certain mods the CoT appears in water or not in the borders of the province, but all i can see is city/army/manufacture location pos. in the province.csv file.

If any1 know plz help me, i might be nuts but i just hate seing a CoT in the water, and i cant play these nations because of it.

Just the centre of the province, I think. No way to set it.

Well maybe im the only one getting this, but for example in WATK the CoT in Sjaelland is in the water, same for the shield icon for national provinces, in MyMAP, the genoese CoT is also in the water.

It's more or less the geographical center of the province....which in an odd shaped province can actually fall outside of the province

More precisely shields, storms, cot-graphics and such are defaulted to the centre of the boundbox - the smallest rectangle encompassing the whole province - which cannot be modified in any other way than by changing the shape of the province thus.
