Could I Just Use this MODS events in Vanilla? If so please tell me...would there be any ramifications? I want to add the events to a WW1 scenaria called war of the Nations. Also is this a MOD or scenario like for example "A Place in the Sun?"

Well I already have an NTL so how would I go about setting up the events to work...also is there an event that creates the Russian Civil war in the MOD or is it just two nations already existing? If it is already existing how would I go about making an evebt that would create the vivil war in say 1917?
