I have exact the same problem. And honestly, I have enough now. This isn't a game, this is a permanent debug session.

Can I receive a refund of the full game and all add ons?
 
Experiencing the same issue "Couldn't find a part of the path", has anybody found a fix?
I started the game once without modstore (in the initial splash screen). Then my city was loading again (and oddly enough had all mods). Now it starts in the regular way again. But I spend another hour for this nonseneses.
 
This is an issue with a TritonSupreme Mod. I lost more than just a few hours to this since other mods were showing up in my Exception log.

That said, if you go to the page for ExtraAssetsImporter, you'll see you're not alone and people are proposing one form of a fix. Assuming these are the same issues.

Edit: Note that your error message has "C:\Users\TritonSupreme\Documents\__Code\ExtraLib\MOD\Systems\MainSystem"
