Possible to have a crash If you have no Persia DLC enabled and play 1.11.

The error is:
Could not find texture due to 'VFSOpen Error: gfx/interface/window_tax_collector/button_arrow.dds not found'

Looks like Paradox forgot to add the necessary texture to the basic game.

Steps to reproduce​

Random time crash
Possible it's more often when you click on a clan ruler screen

There is Button_arrow.dds - only one with capital. But looks like your dev doesn't know: in Unix systems they are case sensitive.

A lot of files and dirs damaged - just run a batch name converter to lowercase.
