first time EVER i see this happening with all protagonists beeing AI (i am poland and i never crossed or made any diplomatic arrangements across the rhine or in the dutch provinces, except to diplo palatinate recentlly)

and france is still left at war with the hugenots as of now after netherlands peaced separatelly(not the leader but the "greatest" ai from that hugenots alliance), guess who will win

ok i can explain

when french catholics came to life there was no european province still owned by "old" france; therefore it explains why capital moved to canada

maybe, yoda, when france reunificates itself, after the war of religions, add a capital move to paris as well(as "safe")?

but then again...paris is not owned by france either, netherlands have strong claims on northern france now

Command for the relocation of the capital in Paris exists at the end of the war of religions but it can't apply in this situation.

We even have other safety relocation events until 1820 if capital never moved to Paris before but problem is the same: Ile de france is not owned by France.
