Counsillors cannot become Caravan Masters but Caravan Masters can become Counsillors.

Description​

When appointing a Caravan Master unlanded Counsillors are not on the list, however if you appoint a character to be Caravan Master you can then appoint same character as councillor and have a councillor task performed while travveling wit the character.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start game
2. Appoint character as Caravan Master
3. Appoint same4 character to council.
4. Travel
