Counters of South American units in 1.06

Hi,

as I noticed the counters of South American units are not displayed correctly in 1.06.
The units and banners are not displayed. They seem to work properly in the "rest of the world".

Is this a known bug?

Missing functionality rather than a bug really... The new counters were developed for C.O.R.E. and kindly included by Paradox in the 1.06 patch so vanilla players would benefit from the new design. Unfortunately there's a lot of countries and not all had been completed at the time the new palettes were built into 1.06. The "missing" countries are well known so I expect this can be fixed for the next release.

As I asked in an other thread, why can't we change this counters and why are the airplane markings also not shown in the game (f.e. the german cross) ????
