Countries shields display dirty, fuzzy.

In the game EU2 v .5 (newest) my countries shields displaying funny. They are "dirty"not very clear. Color is fine but design, Russian eagle is all screwed up. DX & Vid drivers are ok. EU1 does not have that problem. Anybody knows a solution for it. Thanks.

the shiels in 1.05 were made by Mad King James.
Get his latest version here:
http://jgdahl.tripod.com/Flags/flags.html

just unzip it in your EU directory and you'll get better looking flags
