Oh. Interesting. These don't have the #/IGC imprint on them though... and anyway, HEI is Greek... what would HEI stand for if it was HRE? Anyway, my text.csv is 1.10 NA/ IGC'd.

And I don't know what HEI would be short for - but since it is not originally used as a nation, but as a link for german minors to get random leadernames it could be anything.. Holy Empire Indigenous?
