Couple of questions about making scenarios

I'm currently building my own fantasy scenario and have a few questions...

1) Is there a scenario-editing program available anywhere? Editing text files is extremeley annoying when you create errors and can't see where they are...
2) Why do all my questions have an orange colour?
3) I've set it up like the Fantasia scenario, but this has led to natives still being in cities, I thought that adding 'natives = 0' might work but it doesn't, any ideas?
4) Similar one, could I change the provience's religion?
5) In the IGC, they 'added' a nation - can I add using any 3 letter code (fe, XYZ)? If you can, could someone give me a list of what things need to be added into what files?

Editing text files is about the only way for now I know about. Don't make mistakes

It's the standard colour.

Province religion can be changed in province.csv

All tools for EU I know of is available from my site. Take a peak.

Are you saying you have set native population to 0 in province.csv and it doesn't work ?
In that case, try it with the GC

No, only a limited number of codes are available. I suggest you start with reading my FAQ, the Editing the Game section at least.

Ok, cheers guys. Regarding the natives, I was wondering if it was possible to change the amount of natives/religion in the .inc file, obviously not though...
