9 I cant play with game which I enjoy

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The screen freezes for a few seconds, and then CTD.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just playing the game

Please find attached the CTD log
Disabling V-Sync, Capping refresh rates did not seem to have an impact.
I have reinstalled the game and verifed the files

I have looked for intel's safe mode but i cannot find it in my bios

System specs are :

Processor (CPU) Intel® CoreTM i7 20-Core Processor i7-14700K (Up to 5.6GHz) 33MB

Motherboard ASUS® PRIME B760M-A WIFI (mATX, LGA1700, DDR5, PCIe 4.0, Wi-Fi 6)
Memory (RAM) 32GB PCS PRO DDR5 4800MHz (2 x 16GB)

GPU
NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070

FIRST please check for an updated bios. Then please implement the “Intel Default” option in it, if present.
