Crash after accepting the last title revocation by liege

Description​

My liege revoked my holdings. The game presented me with the options to decline and fight for them or to accept the revocation in which case I would be able to continue playing as an adventurer. If I accept the revocation the game pauses, informs me of loosing my titles, court positions etc but doesnt provide me with a possibility to continue playing as an adventurer. After I unpause, the game just crashes to desktop.
