Ok, as you asked under the thread named "CTD on forming of russia, help please", i sent you the files you mentioned. I don't think it would be wise to just remove events that alter VPs as some of them are pretty important to the game.

what I want is to see:
1) if i can reproduce the crash with your files
2) if deleting it solves the problem or if replacing it with the english version will work.
I'm sure you would prefer not having a few vps added to your score than having the game crash everytime they pop-up
