Crash after start new game

Hello!

I have a problem with Vic 3. The game crashes at different times at the same time. I tried:
Reinstall game
Reinstall GPU driver on another forum write to this forum with problem but tried everything.
Yesterday I could play a little with the game example 30 minutes at 3 speed and after 30 minutes the game crashed. And I want a crash report.

I run dxdiag and post the report on another forum. I have a problem with armory Create software for a while, I uninstalled this software but the problem remained. I use DDU and clean install GPU software, it did not work. Windows is up to date all software I think is up to date. Please help, I can't play this game after 145 hours. I am not using mods right nowI have attached the error report and dxdiag report.
Update: i tried with 1.6.2, 1.7.7, 1.8.6 every times the game is crashed..... i dont have idea.
Before this problem i dont play a lot of time.....

I don't see any clear cause of this in those files.

Can you please provide the DxDiag

• Open your Start menu, Cortana or Search
• Type dxdiag in the search field
• Click on the dxdiag program
• A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
• Wait until the green bar at the bottom-left has disappeared
• At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
• Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
• Attach this file here
• IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

It seems the game work after Windows reinstall. I dont how fixit this problem the windows reinstall. Sorry for the confusion.
