So this is my second attempt at continue playing after finishing the game. It seems like I make it to around year 790-825ish and then start having issues. The game typically will freeze visually, but I can still access the menu and save/load etc but can't interact with game speed or answer the messages or move units etc. Then I hit a point where I can't release client states or where barbarians spawning in will then instantly crash the game. Also selling terriroty to my client states will cause the game to freeze visually.
I have everything set to low/off and it doesn't make a difference.
Note: I don't run into any issues until I finish the game and go into continue mode, typically pass the year 780+ (not sure if that is important).

I am just really frustrated that this keeps happening now to two different nations I have tried and invested time into dominating the world.
