Crash at china move the interior event

Hello I had two crashes in my current game when the event of china moving its industry to the interior.

(Im playing as germany)

Attached is a zip of the savegame a few months before the event fires.
Also attached a screenshot of when it crashes. Im playing on a norwegian windows xp sp3.

It doesn't crash when I try it. I assume it was fixed for the patch.

Hope its fixed as I dont want to have waisted a total of 5 hours (3 games now crash) on a buildup when I just want to play the game. One time I saved and it crashed and now the interior move event bugging. Sadly I dont have so much time as before on games and I would really like a bug free experience or attleast the ability to play a full game without a crash.

Hope the patch is out soon and that its fixing the problems.
