HELP! i am so lost! this is the first computer game ive played and it crashes during play and returns to windows. i have no idea what a patch is and have no clue what to do or how to do it. i love this game and it is killing me that i cant finish it. can anyone clue me in? vic

A patch is an update to the game. Download the update that matches your game version and run the program to install it.

So, one of the patches is going to stop the game crashing? I think probably not, however, it will give you something to do while not being able to play the game!
Is this crash bug a serious issue? I've read loads of info about the game and it sounds brilliant, but this is scaring me off buying it.
As a newbie I'd appreciate some advice on this one!
