Crash Crash Crash

Anyone else having problems with this game crashing? I thought 1.07 would solve it. I am doing well in my GC but when I go to war and people start declaring back it bombs out.

It doesn't so much crash on me as slow up considerably. It becomes a chore to move the cursor around after about 1 1/2 hours of play. I find I have to exit and restart.
