[Crash] Crash upon finishing Chapter 1.

I recently downloaded this game, and it is quite fun. The only problem I have with it is that once I defeat the troll boss appropriately named 'Ugg', and finish the cutscene that follows (where my character walks to the north-east of the screen), the game suddenly closes with no error messages whatsoever.

I can give you the specs of my computer, however, I use Parallels Desktop 6 to run Steam (as most games are Windows-only).

My computer specs are as follows:

iMac - 21.5-inch, Mid 2011 (1920 x 1080)
Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 6 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)

My virtual computer specs are as follows:

Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (Sorry, I didn't want to buy a Win7 install disk)
32-bit Operating System
3 GB Memory
Intel Core i5-2400S CPU @ 2.50GHz
( I dedicate 256 MB of graphics to it. )

Same here; have you tried to post your DxDiag information and/or crash files too?

Same here. I keep getting errors that say "System.ArgumentException: Texture width or height is larger than the device supports.
Parameter name: height"

Which seems really weird to me. I changed resolutions to see if it did anything, started the game again too. Crashes at the same spot and then loading the save file crashes out too.

Updating the graphics seem to work.

maybe you can make some patch, with removing this stuped glitch texture? same place - when you start 2 chapter. 1 chapter plays fine. even more - hundred years ago i am play with pirat version and pass it very far, so i was sure about my old PC can play this game, but when i start play it have this error.

by some advise i am make copy and rename for 3 files in a folder - some ParticlesB.xnb into ParticlesC.xnb and ParticlesD.xnb and some third file in another folder... switch full screen, or window, 800x600 and 1024x768... so if first chapter is work - it is non system problem, right? game it self have it. or maybe some dlc make it... how to remove this stuped texture from game for normal play? or maybe some one in a past is make low resolution texture pack for game? (some tank game have this solution for old PC - it make 3% textures. it looks like game from 90, but plays fine. maybe for this case some one make it for his own using?)

probably i can download that pirat game, if i'll find it... but it have some dificult place, where mobs every time is killing me - so i hope in a new version this was fixed. that is ahy i want to finish game becoust i am not finish it in that time.
