crash during first startup (xbox game pass installation)

i installed the game normally from xbox app because i have the game pass, then i run the game and i saw the loading screen, after a little percentuage of loading it crashes and never let me try again that is i cannot open the game again. microsoft app said "i can't start the game" suggesting me to go in the microsoft store page of the game.

i have the exact same issue on ck 3 and stellaris. Can you help me please
