Hi there, victoria III started crashing out of nowhere, I ran it with and without mods, repaired the files and reinstalled the game. It still crashes

Disabling mods does not remove what effects they have already had on the save game file.

Does this ever happen in a campaign that's never had any mods used in it?

If so, is it repeatable from a given save file? Or is it random?
