On the off-chance anyone is still here - I can launch the game safely, but on the first tick of the game it locks up and crashes to desktop without an error.
I've just tried again and it also crashes if I hang around the country select screen too long, but I suspect this is a Paradox issue as I've had a similar problem with vanilla.
Is there any way to make this mod or the game generally nice and stable?
NOTE: It seems to be more stable with a republican faction.
