This looks like it is the same bug as in https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/ctd-unknown-cause.1704104

It crashes when your cultural unity government power reaches 100 and the game tries to trigger the event "culture integrated". This crashes happens on some Linux and macOS systems. On others you get graphical bugs. But windows seems to be unaffected. As a workaround, you could try it on a different system or run the windows version of the game with the whisky app(or some other wine derivate)
