i bought the game yesterday and two dlc mass transit and Plazas and Promenades i start the game when i am at setings everything is good when i click to new game and find the map of my choice the game star loading and before it start crushes . I dont have mods at this time

That is not a crash code, it is a folder name made up of a date and sequence number.

Please post here the files in that folder, so we can see what is causing your problem.

is a file with the name crash.dmp but when i try to upload it it says is empty

- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.
