Crash Report Crashes trying to send the crash report

Description​

I got a game crash when switching map modes from Cultures to Countries (Hotkey T to Hotkey E) when a notification had just prompted. I don't know if the notification was relevant, but in any case, that's not the issue I'm reporting.

The issue is that I got a prompt to send the crash report to Paradox and that crashed. I don't have any further information, I know that's quite unhelpful, but the crash report always crashes when I try to send an error report. I don't know why, I don't know what other information I could possibly provide.

I have attached "Last_save" from the crash report, and a zipped version of the crash log folder. I hope it helps, I would like to be able to send the reports directly to you guys with the prompt thingy.

Sorry this is so vague, but reporting the report prompt crashing is hard to give details on.

Steps to reproduce​

I have no idea. Test sending crash reports?
