"Crash Site" anomaly does not create archaeological site (NOT Gestalt related) - also "Never Forget" site missing

Base game with no DLC running.

Since the 8.02 update, the Crash Site anomaly returns the normal results, except no reward is mentioned and no Seeds of Destruction archaeological site is created. I've started two games since the update, and this has happened on both.

I saw on other forum posts that this is an issue with Gestalt empires, but I'm not using DLC and do not have Gestalt. Those posts also mention that the On Solar Sails anomaly has the same issue with Gestalt. That one seems to be working fine.

I'm not sure if it was created or how I got it but I had a seeds of destruction site in my game (non gestalt). I'll check again later when I'm back.

So it's not always happening but I don't know anything about this event or site.

Also, I no longer get the "Never Forget" archaeological site in the Hauer system. The Destroyed Attack Ships are still there.
