This is pretty small and easily avoided, but I felt like reporting it anyways.
Steps to recreate:
1) Annex a nation (I experienced this as the OE annexing Egypt)
2) Dont click any other buttons, this should keep it at the diplomatic negotiation screen.
3) Click sue for peace.
Im running XP (dont know my video card). Was set on very hard, normal (not that it probly matters).
I know it is quite easily avoided, but who knows it may be linked to something else.
