Crash To Desktop:help Me!

I'm Impero Ottomano and in same moment of the history of this empire some great emperor have done something of very important. In these cases the computer propose me 3 possibility and here come out the problem: if I select one of these (normally the most interesting!!!!) computer crash to desktop.........what can i do?

He must've downloaded the patch if he's playing as the Ottomans, because in the game as it is straight out of the box, they're simply the "Turks", not the "Ottoman Turks".
