Crash to Desktop on Resuming Game from launcher

Description​

Since the 1.9.2.1 update, Resuming my game causes it to crash to desktop on finishing load and showing the map. Going to the menu and choosing Load works. File was created on 1.9.2, possibly related? Crash Reporter fails to upload, as it has literally every single time in its history for me. (I attempted to add the zip files of the crash reports to this post, but if I do that, it just spins for a while and never posts)
