Please make fixing this a priority. It is extremely frustrating to not even be able to play the game. Please don't wait to include this fix in a comprehensive patch. This needs to get resolved ASAP.

Yes indeed. Its quite frustrating(same thing happened with CK
V), to know a rather large chip set family isn't supported by Paradox games. Kinda left with the choice of getting a new computer and not bothering with buying any more Paradox games. Which do you think is easier for the consumer?
I love paradox games, but if this continues I don't know if I can continue purchasing new releases, at least before the 2nd or 3rd patch.

Just bought the game today - just found the same problem! Tried following through the procedures in the crash sticky and no joy, and yes, have intel chipset on my laptop :S

Hold out for patch. If you can install the latest intel drivers that should also work.

Just great, I have been looking forward to this game for some time. I go get it today finally and bam! same problem as you all. I don't think I will be buying anymore paradox games.
