Crash when going to diplomacy window

Greetings.
I'm running HOI2 with the latest patch, 1.3A.
My problem is as follows:
When i click on the UK's Flag to open the diplomacy window, the game crashes and goes back to desktop, no error message.
If i go to the diplomacy window with other country, and then try to select the UK, the game crashes.
I tried going to the diplomacy window with ALL other countries, and it didn't crash.
I tried the 6 basic steps to solve problems, but it didn't work.
Any suggestions?

This started happening somewhere in 1945, after the UK started liberating dozens of countries. Maybe it has something to do with it?
