Well, I'll be...
I'm from The Netherlands and I just bought Europa Universalis. But after a while, the game just crashes on me! (I think I have the UK-version, by the way.) Think it has something to do with memory management, although I'm not sure. However, it takes at least two hours of gameplay to get the game to crash; it jumps back to the Win98 desktop. Simply restarting the computer (not shutting it down) doesn't work; the game crashes again within 15 minutes, all system resources are down bigtime afterwards. Shutting down the pc and then restarting, and restarting the game helps; I can play again for 2 hours. So, again, this all points to memory management-problems. Have they been solved, or...?
I have an Intel-Celeron 466 with 64 RAM, a Viper-770 with 32 MB video-memory and a 32/AWE-Soundblaster.
Grtz,
Fender.
