Crashed Train doesn't despawn! How to fix it?

As you can see this train is crahsed near my train station after a change of height in the original line...now all trains after it (if i have the line constructed) get stuck because of that crashed Freight Train, how can i fix it?

I have the same problem, but I can't fix it because the destination is an outside town :_(
