Eu2 has been working fine for several monthes now. However today, it has began to crash during the loadup. I do not know why. After rebooting, the problem does not go away.

check for viruses, using Norton Antivirus 2002 with the latest definitions. last time someone had that problem it was caused by a virus and no other scanners could detect it.
OK. Incidently, it worked, although w/out sound, when i turned sound off in 'settings'
