Crashing randomly Xbox one series X

I’ve finished the game pre expansion, 1000G all mysteries etc- fair to say I love this game. Bought the expansion day one and despite some teething it was fine. Then the game hit day 112 and crashed, annoying but back to day 110 and rebuild- 112 crashed again. Extra annoying. Had a sulk and left it for a month or so, started again the other day and hit day 32- crash. Reload, crash. Literally looking for any suggestions at this point as I’m going nuts.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again and test with a new colony BEFORE restoring any saved games
