Hey everybody,
I've been searching on Google for the past hour and haven't found anything specifically helping my situation. I have just recently gotten back into the game and I'm very much enjoying it however when I hit the regime menu or the menu under the clock to open up the regime so I can edit them my game crashes. And so far as I can tell I can play the game for more than three straight hours and as long as I never touch that particular menu it works perfectly fine. When I try to edit the regime of my prisoners my game crashes to desktop and even when I restart the game it will work perfectly until I hit that one menu
Here is a list of methods I have tried to fix my problem with.
I have reinstalled the game with no luck.
I have updated myself to the newest AMD drivers for my graphics card. (5700 xt, Ryzen 7 3700 btw for specs)
I have repaired the files and verify the integrity through Steam.
I have created other prisons
I have repaired the launcher
I have removed old mods
Some clues as to the solution
Rarely but sometimes after installing on my SSD, the game will give me a error message stating that there is some issue with sending a certain file through my memory, I have no issues playing with other games but the message states that some file or process is having trouble going through a part of the memory on my computer. I cant seem to find any solutions to this issue or have any other issues in any other games I play.
is there a memory leak issue?
Steam isnt installing the "safe mode" of the game on my computer so I cant start through that method.
anyways I look forward to hearing from the Devs as to weather they have come across this issue or we might have a good chat as to how to solve the issue.
I didn't see any previous post relating to my issue so I feel it necessary to create a new post. I look forward to any input that you may have.
