I've tried everything I can think of to fix this problem I'm having. Whenever I launch stellaris, it loads to somewhere between 60-80 percent, stalls, and then crashes. I have no mods, I've made sure my drivers are up to date, I've uninstalled the documents file and steam file of stellaris, I've run both steam and stellaris as administrator, nothing works. Please help me.

Right-click on stellaris.exe, properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullscreen optimizations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply, and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select the fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

And here is the other stuff, I couldn't find system.log, error.log, or exceptions.log

I can see you haven't made these changes:
in the launcher Game Settings menu, select the fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, refresh rate 60.
Please try that.

And if you tried to attach dxdiag.txt but that failed, please rename it to, say, file.txt and attach it as that.

Sorry about that, this is some weird forum glitch that we're trying to pin down. Rename it to dxdiag.log , that will work.

You don't quite have enough memory to run the game
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3752MB RAM
Page File: 8882MB used, 3301MB available
A full 4gb of available memory is what it needs; please expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 32gb
AND exit every other app you can before starting the game.

And your Intel UHD video system does not meet the game's minimum hardware requirements. To help with that, In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. In the Launch Options line, paste this in there:
-dx9

Good luck!

Alright, thank you for your help, it looks like I'm gonna have to get a computer with more storage and ram.
