Question, is there something similar to the sewage drains that could be used to pump water into an inland area at higher elavation to make an artificial rivier and/or lake? Of course it would consume electricity to have active, but I would love something 'clean' like that rather than the sewage drains as an asset for this purpose.

Found one. It's exactly the same as the regular one, but doesn't spew out polluted water. Feels a bit like cheating. Oh well, I'm making an exception in this case. Unless I find something more realistic. ;)
Thanks for your help. My hat's off to you.

I suppose setting it to consume as much as it spews out would make it more realistic.
