in one of my games i disable it and now i cannot able it again.... i even reinstalled the game but there isnt coming back. Any suggestion for making the pop come back?

thanks to none, i fixed it by uninstalling and deleting every single folder that remained in the pc (doing a backup of my saves) and reinstalling the game and having to put my personal settings again. If anyone deletes that pop up by mistake this is how i fixed it

Assuming you were refering to the alerts at the top, like "Open Council Position" and such and deactivated one, then
look at the right of your window. There is a box with information (armies, demesne, etc), called the outliner,
that has a configuration button.

In order to restore disabled or dismissed alerts:
After you clicked the disabled alert it will pop up again at the top, if the reason for the alert is still true.

- Check the box Disabled alerts
- In the outliner, click on the alerts that need to be restored
