Creating Logos?

It isn't possible to create a logo and import it into the game, correct?

It is possible. I presume you want to use it as a prop and plop it on your buildings?
I did that earlier. But it doesn't appear under Logos, but park equipment.

I am new to all of this, but I was wondering if you could provide some guidance as to how to go about creating a logo?

It's no different than making anything else for the game. Create some text, model something that looks like it could be part of a logo, create a texture, export and off you go to the Prop section in the asset editor.
