But the scenario editor you link to for Eu1 only create a random world, or an enhanced Fantasia scenario - it's not a real editor.
The most stuff in the scenario files are plain text anyway, so why don't you just take a look - most is self explaining, and if you have backups you don't have to worry about doing something wrong!
