Well i have a small and maybe dumb question. I'm quite a beginner in modding so don't judge me xD
Well anyway im trying to create a scenario from scratch ( meaning no old countries in it), and i just ran into a wall of province id's that need to be changed. Is there a list of province id's ( no not this one http://www.paradoxian.org/hoi2wiki/index.php/Category:provinces_by_ID) that list all the land provinces (not the ocean ones), and is there an easier way to assign provinces to nations (other than typing in each and every id in).
It may be a stupid question but i seriusly hope someone will answer it :D

You can type showid in the game console. It'll show the ID of every province you put your mouse on.

Then you can simply write a list on a piece of paper and mod the game files manually. I don't think there's any other way.
