I'd like to ask, if there is a way of adding a new country TAG
to Europa Universallis.
I tried to edit the europa.exe file (the list with tags) but
after i add sth. it hangs during the start.
I used normal text editor, hex editor and a disc editor (cluster by cluster), but it still gives the same effect ---> hang.

There is no way to add new tags.

Err no, there isn't... Only way to add a new nation is to use an existing tag for the new nation, but give the tag another name...
e.g. Bib's Flandres scenario:
PRU = Flandres
