Crimea should be 2 duchies instead of 1

I propose something like this. Not sure if it will be implemented in Khans though

Northern Crimea, historically inseparable from continental steppe, should be a part of nomadic region

Southern Crimea should be a part of de jure Byzantine empire (maybe part of Trebizond kingdom), and therefore not be a part of the big steppe. I mean
