Criminally Insane posing as Workmen

A criminally insane inmate stole a door from my workmen and put it in the shower on top of some trays.

I don't know, that looks a lot like a feature to me. Puts the Insane in criminally insane. I also noticed them searching cells, carrying trays and whatnot.
