I downloaded the GIP mod, its a graphic improvement mod that basically updates all the icons and pictures.
How do I get this to work with steam? I made the back ups and copied the GIP folders over into the HOI2 directory.
Any ideas?
When I try to run the game it says "Critical error! --- excel file not found"
Edit: Alright I figured out the problem. Lol, just a stupid mistake.
